The hotel offers rooms with sea views but facing the construction site, which needed a deep clean. The service, based on other hotel executive lounges, wasn't up to par and lacked friendliness. The location is fantastic, with a private beach and many food options, although traffic can be an issue when driving there. The dining experience offers a variety of choices but can be chaotic and lacks changing menus.

The hotel rooms were always clean and tidy, and Mrs Tin Tin provided excellent service. However, the rooms need an upgrade as they are dated and some are noisy with a cigarette smoke smell. The location is great, right in the middle of JBR and next to the beach and shopping areas. The dining experience was good, with special attention given to Caleb at the egg's station. A little more selection in the dining options would have been appreciated.

I had a great stay at the hotel as it was conveniently located right by the beach and close to excellent dining options. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the dining choices were a bit limited. The hotel wasn't set up for four guests as I had to call reception multiple times to fix this issue. Despite my requests, the room wasn't ready, which was disappointing for a 5-star hotel. I believe the rate does not match the service provided.
