The hotel had shining clean rooms but lacked soundproofing. The check-in process was delayed despite prior agreement for an additional cost. Service was exceptional thanks to Mr Andrew and a warm welcome from George. The location was outstanding for beach lovers but disrupted by neon lights. The dining experience fell short for a 5-star hotel. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences.
The hotel is conveniently close to the lifts for easy access to Dipin with very comfortable beds and fantastic balcony views. However, rooms might not be ready before 15:00 PM, which can be a delay. The housekeeping staff was very friendly.
The hotel was fantastic for space and very clean, but the sea view was partial due to ongoing construction with constant noise until 9 pm. The rooms, although old, were spacious and clean, yet the noise from neighbors was disruptive. A major overhaul, especially of the bathrooms, is needed.
